Choosing the Right Machine for the Actual Process
Machine selection begins with your material and finished product, not with a standard model name.
Our projects cover flexible and industrial materials such as foam, nonwoven fabric, textiles, leather, felt, carpet materials, technical laminates and selected packaging materials. Suitability depends on thickness, layer structure, surface condition, roll or sheet format and the required finished part.
Start with the actual material, finished-part drawing, working size, cutting method, tooling strategy and production flow. Golden Eagle reviews whether a swing-arm, four-column, travelling-head, moving-head, continuous-feed or vision-guided configuration is appropriate for the application.
Yes, project-specific configuration can be reviewed for working area, feeding, positioning, tooling, waste removal, collection, inspection and factory interfaces. The confirmed scope is recorded in the quotation and technical agreement.
A standalone machine performs a defined operation. An automated production line coordinates multiple operations such as feeding, laminating, cutting, inspection, turning, stacking, coding or packaging. Line integration requires additional interface, layout and exception-handling review.
From Initial Requirement to Technical Proposal
Complete project information helps the engineering team define a more useful and comparable proposal.
Please provide material names and samples, thickness and width, finished-part drawings, required process, target output, available factory space, electrical requirements and any upstream or downstream equipment that must be connected.
Representative material trials can be discussed before final configuration. The test scope, sample quantity, tooling, evaluation method and return or disposal of test materials should be agreed in advance.
Pricing depends on machine type, working size, force or process requirements, feeding and handling equipment, controls, safety configuration, documentation and service scope. A reliable price requires a project-specific technical review.
Manufacturing time depends on the confirmed configuration, purchased components, testing scope and project schedule. The applicable delivery period is stated in the formal quotation or contract rather than as a fixed website promise.
Testing, Documentation and Lifecycle Service
Project responsibilities and acceptance requirements should be agreed before delivery.
The agreed factory acceptance scope can cover machine operation, safety functions, representative material processing, interface signals and required documentation. Acceptance criteria should be confirmed before manufacturing or design freeze.
Installation guidance, commissioning and training can be included according to the project and destination. Responsibilities, travel conditions, site preparation and service scope are confirmed in the quotation or contract.
Documentation may include operating instructions, electrical information, inspection records and applicable certification documents. CE-related documentation is supplied only where applicable and according to the confirmed machine and project scope.
Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, spare-parts supply and service responsibilities are defined in the applicable contract. For support, provide the machine identification, issue description, photos or video and relevant operating conditions.
Confidential drawings and process information should be identified before submission. If a formal confidentiality obligation is required, request an appropriate written confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive technical information.
