This application shows PET blister packaging processed with a double-side feeding four-column die cutting press. The two feeding tables alternate through the cutting area. Operators place the PET material, collect the cut parts and separate the remaining waste.
Why Double-Side Feeding Is Used
While one table is inside the press for cutting, the other side can be used for loading or unloading. This alternating workflow can reduce waiting time and keeps the main press available for the next cycle.
Operator Workflow
- Place the PET blister material and die on the feeding table.
- Feed the table into the four-column press.
- Complete the cutting cycle.
- Collect finished parts and separate the waste manually.
Information Needed for Machine Selection
Please provide the PET sheet size, formed blister dimensions, die size, cutting layout, required output and available floor space.
