This application uses a single-side feeding die cutting machine to process film for protective-clothing production. The operator completes three manual steps: laying the material, changing the material between cycles and collecting the finished parts.
How the Feeding Process Works
The film is prepared on the feeding table outside the cutting area. The table then moves the material into the press for cutting and returns for unloading and the next material change.
Operator Workflow
- Lay the protective-clothing film on the feeding table.
- Position the material and die for cutting.
- Run the cutting cycle.
- Collect the finished parts and change the material manually.
Information Needed for Machine Selection
Please provide the film specification, sheet dimensions, finished-part drawing, die size, cutting layout and target output. Material samples are useful for confirming the cutting result.
