Description

• Designed for roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet lamination with adhesive coating. Compatible with lamb fleece, polar fleece, plush, suede, sponge, woven/knitted fabrics, EVA, artificial leather, spray-bonded wadding and similar substrates. Widely used in apparel, footwear, headwear, bags, gloves, leather garments, automotive interiors and toys.

• Water-based white glue or high-tack adhesive is applied and then pressed between the substrates with a heat-resistant mesh belt. The belt’s automatic edge-guidance system ensures the laminated material exits perfectly aligned, flat and without lateral drift.

• Doctor-blade coating delivers uniform adhesive application with precisely controllable add-on weight.

• All machine sections are synchronously driven and fine-tuned through a centralized inverter control system.

• Electric heating provides an economical and safe heat source.
