Four-Column Die Cutting for Foam and Flexible Materials
The GEA-F600 is a 60-ton hydraulic die cutting press with a 1600 × 800 mm workbench. The upper platen applies pressure over the cutting die; listed applications include EVA, foam, leather, fabric and blister materials.
Check the Die Size and Material Layout
The die dimensions, cutting outline and material thickness need to be considered together when choosing the press. For a larger die or a full-row layout, check the required force and usable workbench area rather than selecting by material thickness alone.
The two-stage pressure system helps reduce EPE foam deformation and bending along the cut edges. The result must still be checked with the material and die used for the job.
