Hydraulic Die Cutting Machines
Yancheng Golden Eagle Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. builds hydraulic die cutting presses for foam, leather, textiles and other non-metal materials. Compare swing-arm, four-column and travelling-head designs, then select the feeding arrangement for your material.
Choose by Die and Material
- Material type, thickness and format
- Cutting area and required force
- Precision and positioning method
- Feeding mode and production output
Compare Hydraulic Die Cutting Press Types
In leather and footwear production, a hydraulic die cutting press is often called a clicker press. These presses cut material to the outline of a shaped cutting die.
Choose the press structure around the cutting die and material layout:
- Swing arm clicker presses have an arm that swings clear for positioning material and dies.
- Four-column die cutting presses apply pressure over the die with an upper platen.
- Travelling-head die cutting machines move the cutting head across the working width to use a smaller die at different positions.
Feeding is a separate configuration choice. Compare the automatic-feeding press configuration with your incoming sheet or roll format.
See practical applications in our EPE foam die cutting and feeding guide and EVA insole cutting application.
Other configurations include the 22-ton ATOM-type swing arm machine and vertical cutting machines with customizable worktables.

Material and Die Details for Machine Selection
Use the material and cutting-die details to compare suitable configurations. A press structure and its feeding arrangement are separate selection decisions.
- Finished-part outline and die dimensions
- Incoming sheet size or roll width
- Feeding and finished-part collection arrangement
- Electrical supply and available floor space
